Train by Nature Adventure Club is much more than just an outdoor fitness club.  It is a one stop fitness group offering boot camp, slimming club and an adventure club with monthly events that will lead you to a fitter, slimmer and happier lifestyle. 

You’ll train in pairs, in groups and teams. For most of the classes you will be using your own body weight as resistance and sometimes using each other for partner resisted exercises. All the classes will focus on cardio, speed, coordination, balance, flexibility and lots more for all round health and fitness.

 

You’ll find that you push yourself to take on the different activities and exercises that keep your classes interesting and invigorating.
